First Day Back to Running, and my 2nd Video Blog

Hey Everyone,

Today was my first day back to running since recovering from the stomach infection. It was also the first day I wore my hydration belt. I noticed, while looking at my heart monitor, my resting heart rate was what it normally is when I run. And my running heart rate was 100% of my max. I was feeling a little pain in my chest, but never woozy or anything. Below is my video blog about it. Enjoy :)
